If your order contained a pistol, rifle or receiver/frame we have to ship it to a verified FFL in your state. Please follow the instructions below to avoid any delays on your order:
When completing a purchase with a regulated item, enter the your FFL’s license number, Name and address in the notes section of the order at checkout. If we have their information on file, we will continue with processing your order, nothing else is needed from you. If we don’t have your FFL’s information on file, we will email you requesting you have your FFL send us their information.
Regardless, it’s good idea to have your FFL email us their FFL information whenever you are placing an order for the first time.
You can have your preferred FFL email us their FFL information at firstname.lastname@example.org, be sure to have them include your name and order number in the email.
It is the customer’s responsibility to contact the dealer make sure they are currently taking transfers. It is also your responsibility to ensure the item you are ordering is compliant with your local and state laws. If an item has to be returned, you will receive a refund minus any shipping costs.
Please note, due to the nature of FFL orders, they will typically take an additional 1-2 business from the time we receive your FFL’s information.
